Here some introduction I would like to give you about myself. I am working in retail industry since 13yrs , currently my job profile is supervisor for that I have to handle  9 stores in region.here I have to motivated the staff for sales push up, also along with that need to plan the stretegy for growing the business by conviencing the client for purchase & make them confident about there investment in our products. Need to plan the target plan, Acheivment plan, reports plan, workshop planning, event organising.this are some poinnts I explained about my current work role too you all.
