The work experience I am having from last 5 years in lead generation, cold calling, booking appointments, semi sales & direct sales. PFB the brief description of the projects worked in the past. • Fetching leads for the clients by cold calling and holding the customer for more than 7 minutes on the call and asking the customer round about 35 to 40 questions regarding their house hold preferences, other insurance details & even the banking services they are having. • Working on the quality parameters of the calls & finding the ways of giving an increase to the number of the leads generated on daily basis for the whole process. • Handling the team and working on the data to be dialed to give the associates best dialing numbers so that they could have better connectivity in order to convert the calls into sales. • Worked on both domestic & international sales process which included construction of both front and second level sales calls script which helped the whole process to give positive charts on their revenue sheets. • Worked on data mining and booking appointments with the dentists in US where we were providing them with a software which actually helped them in their dentistry.
