Business development optimization can take many forms. I partner with companies of all size and work directly with their business development leadership to identify areas of opportunity to better utilize existing strengths and resources to drive revenue. At times, full sales playbooks are defined and written, allowing for appropriate scaling when necessary.
I include an individual approach including focused time with each member of the sales team to coach and encourage the development of one's own talents. When necessary, I aid in sourcing and recruiting talent for business development roles as well.
