I've a rich experience of 25 + Years working in Sales, Marketing and Training both in Pharmaceutical and FMCG Multinational companies. As a part of Training, my role begins with identifying potential candidates through Interviews and on boarding them into the Organizations Culture. Impart them with Concept and Product Knowledge and further ongoing Training including Professional Selling Skills, DISC Profiling & Customized Training on the basis of identified Need Gaps to the role they play. Grooming is my key forte as I strongly believe in Discipline and individual development would enrich the Organizations development. I also engage in Coach the Coach with the Sales Managers in order to build up their efficiency in Man Management. Body Language is an another area that I give importance as I consider that engaging a Client is an art and it need to be perfected through self discovery. People always feel that I'm approachable. I'm recognized as a trouble shooter whereby problems in work were shared with me with full confidence so that I help them in finding solutions and work out action plans by themselves thereby giving an immense satisfaction for that individual.
