Hello! My name's Michael, and I'd like to tell you a little about myself: I've always enjoyed streamlining and making processes as efficient as possible, and I've been lucky enough to work in roles where I can facilitate and utilize this passion: first, at a large, publicly-traded corporation; then, at a boutique investment bank; and, most recently, at a successful SaaS startup. I'd say adaptation and execution are a couple of my strongest traits. In my spare time, I love to read, exercise, play video games, and spend time with my fiancée. In Salesforce, I have demonstrated expertise in custom configurations, automation, process improvement, data management, reporting, implementations, integrations, and much more. Among my many contributions as a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Operations Professional, I am most proud of implementing a highly successful quote-to-cash (CPQ) process through Salesforce. Deal contracts were being created, approved, and signed in 10 minutes on average (a 1300% reduction). The invoicing process I designed boosted average Days Sales Outstanding to 38 days (a 57% reduction), and I personally collected 99% of payments within 90 days. My efforts had also trimmed 23% of our third-party accountant’s workload and cost.? All of this data was managed and tracked within Salesforce.
