I am a certified Salesforce administrator. I have successfully completed four non-profit projects through Catchafire. I have setup the salesforce database and customized it as per their needs. I have cleaned their data in Hub spot, Excel sheets and migrated to the Salesforce database. I have helped in generating customized Reports, Dashboard and troubleshoot them too. I have created surveys and implemented community for the Non-profit organizations.  I have also successfully integrated Mail chimp with Salesforce and automated it.I have integrated Zapier and Integromat to update Google form responses into salesforce. I have also worked with Klaviyo and Trello and implemented Flows in salesforce.

I have collaborated with other stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate it into technical requirements and articulate design considerations and trade-offs. I have administered and customized our Salesforce implementation and deployment, including design, documentation, analytics, user training, and support.
