• Salesforce Administration – manage users, profiles, licenses for apps (ExactTarget, Conga Composer, etc.), data security, email templates, workflows, and fields • Assist in the creation and enforcement of organization-wide protocols for proper use of the database • Triage, prioritize, and complete Salesforce requests (over 150 cases) from a staff of 40+ individuals • Manage FormAssembly requests – create, connect, and test forms/surveys/applications for all types of campaigns • Complete data migrations using DemandTools – import new records into Salesforce after reviewing for duplicates (contacts and donations from different sources such as, Action Sprout, Change.org, PayPal, Fundly) • Quality Assurance tasks include testing new functionality in our communities’ site, for any new web pages/forms, and any new process prior to deployment • Responsible for data health/integrity and maintenance; reduced the number of duplicate contact records from 660 to under 300 • Develop and build Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide analytics for organization and program data • Create Conga Composer buttons for documents that employees are repeatedly creating
