I have overall 10 years of experience in Customer Support & System Administrator (Oracle & Salesforce). ▪ 1X Salesforce Certified, Flosum Certified 

▪ 3.5 Year experience as Salesforce Administrator, and 4.5 Year experience as Oracle Administrator 

▪ Good understanding of Sales Cloud business and CRM Processes. 

▪ Designing and Implementing Sales Cloud solutions for the organization. 

▪ Experience in creating Profiles, Role Hierarchies, User Management, Email Services, Workflows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, & Formula fields. 

▪ Proficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills along with Solid user satisfaction. 

▪ Good experience in making Appealing Presentations, Process Flow Chart Creation, BRD (business required document), FRD (functional required document). 

▪ Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce Apex Language, Visualforce, & SOQL queries. ▪ Proficient knowledge of Data Loader tools to insert, upsert and export data from Salesforce Objects.


Maintain System, Security and Integrity-

● To design, create & maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies 

● To maintain user hierarchy and territories in response to HR department changes 

● To manage access rights of object & visibility of pages & fields in system 

● To ensure existing validation rules, workflows and process builder which are assigned to salesforce object are working fine as per demand & requirement of company 

Process creation & documentation-

● To meet with various Department HODs to understand Business Requirement in software and make BRD & Flow Charts 

● Proactively gather the feedback & requirement from end users accordingly do the changes without interruption to department users and educate them how to operate pages in future 

● To communicate regularly with users regarding new features, enhancements and required changes in system User Assistance, Training, and Satisfaction- 

● To provide software training to end users by conducting training sessions to existing & new users/groups 

● To ensure user satisfaction with services provided, and troubleshoot their software issues
