Salesforce CPQ Technical Architect

Pre Sales Engineer: For CPQ and Billing Projects. I was responsible for initial requirements gathering, scoping, estimating and often a demo during the sales cycle. 


Business Architect: Responsible defining, designing and delivering solutions that meet the business requirements, gathered by the business associate during workshop/discovery phase. 


CPQ Technical Architect:  Responsible defining, designing, building and delivering scalable CPQ solutions.  


Integration Architect (CPQ>ERP>CPQ): Responsible defining, designing, and delivering integrated CPQ and ERP solutions from opportunity to order to invoice to account. 


DevOps: Owned the environment strategy, deployment plan for metadata (Dev, QA, UAT, Staging, Prod). Owned the deployment plan for CPQ Data ((Dev, QA, UAT, Staging, Prod). This included which devops tool would be utilized (SFDX/Unlocked Packages, GearSet, Copado).


Projects Overview: Projects range from enterprise to High Growth Startups. All projects were CPQ+ERP integration. +Varying other clouds depending on size of the client/business. All projects were for tech companies ranging from selling Health Care Cloud products and services, HR Cloud Products and Services, IT Cloud Products and Services..and beyond. Many/Most had Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud sprinkled on top.
