- Around 6.5 years of IT experience as a Software Engineer/Application Developer. - Good domain experience in Salesforce Customer Relationship Management(CRM) focusing more on Field Services industry. - Expertise in Salesforce CRM implementation, with core areas of skill in application development and integrations with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle. - Good knowledge on solution development using APEX, Visualforce, Ligthning and Webservices for integrations. - Expertise in working with ServiceMax application for creating robust solution for Services domain in CRM. - Good domain knowledge in Field Service areas like Service Contract Management, Preventive Maintenance Process, Case/Work Order Management, Territories & Coverages, Warranty Terms, etc. - Experienced in all phases of application development life cycle including Requirement analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Implementation, Maintenance and Support. - Certified Salesforce Platform Developer 1, Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant. - Effective Team player and an individual contributor with steep learning curve. - Flexibility to learn new Technologies.
