I have 15+ years of Salesforce usage with 6 different companies. Most recently rolled the initial implementation of Salesforce for a 10 person sales organization. Including initial configuration, custom fields and validations, custom reports and dashboards, full product catalog rollout, email templates, quotation templates. Once implemented, I managed the team using and trained how to use as well as performing ongoing improvements, field updates, layout changes, import/export of data especially leads/contacts and duplication cleanup. In addition to the CRM sales application, I also have experience using and setting the services case management side of Salesforce.
