1. Marketing Cloud messaging:- In this, we set up Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Journey Builder. To send and track email messages you send to your customers. Send text messages with SMS and track two-way mobile conversations in salesforce. We built one flow/ Journey builder in Salesforce which triggers when the user opened the mail/ messages.
2. Marketing Cloud advertising and data:- We only set up the Salesforce DMP to securely transfer or get data from the campaign into Salesforce.

We have connected our Salesforce Service cloud with the Marketing Cloud to sync the records from Salesforce to the Marketing cloud according to a filter or criteria and after that, we have to send the mail to the list of contacts according to a filter. To achieve this we have created a Journey in the Journey Builder which will be extracting the list of contacts according to the filter with help of which we can send the mail to specific contacts only.
