• Works as the first point of contact in the delivery center for employees or client HR representative with regard to their payroll inquiry not limited to statutory benefits. • Manages transactions received via calls, tickets or emails from clients requesting for personal data changes and other personal information. • Work includes preparing SAP payroll reports relating to payment, tax, social insurance and other third party payment. • Update and maintain information in SAP via PA30 and PA40 T-codes • Escalates in depth customer inquiries and requests to the appropriate SPOC as agreed in the governance model. • Responsible to performing team audits to ensure QA metrics are met. • Generates report and data analysis.
