I am familiar with SAP system and lucky to have the opportunity handling the GR/IR account, which when parts/goods coming from oversea such as Sweden, Mexico, and Brazil, I have to update and clear the Purchase Order (PO) and invoice in the SAP system and ensure that everything must be in correct order quantity. It is quite challenging to me to handle the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system like SAP, but I manage to complete the task assigned to me and manage to complete the job on time. I also did inventory update which use SAP and MS Excel at the same time. 

Apart from that, I am also familiar with MS office application such as Office, Excel and PPT. I also have learned the skills to use Adobe application such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro to create logo and short video during my leisure time.
