For 15 + years, I am a senior SAP HR consultant with extensive experience in SAP HCM implementation and support in PA, OM, PT, PD, TM, ESS, MSS, E-Recruitment, Succession Factor modules. I obtain the ability to gather users' requirements, understand business processes, and translate requirements and gaps into system solutions. Have good configuration skills, advanced knowledge in authorizations, ABAP, and integration to FICO, MM, and CRM. 

For 5+ years, I am a Workday techno-functional consultant with experience in data migration, integrations, custom reports, calculated fields, Workday authentication security. Experienced in Worker Information and Staffing, Recruiting, Compensation and Benefits, Talent, Absence and time tracking I've implemented numerous software and hardware systems across different business environments. 

As an IT project manager, I created and implemented processes to improve project efficiency and adapt each project to ensure successful project completion.
