Experience and Working knowledge of configuration for specific processes in OM, PA, TIME, CATS, Recruitment, TEM, Travel Management and Payroll (India, International,KSA, Thailand) sub modules with 4.6C, ECC 5.0 & ECC 6.0 versions of SAP R/3 HR. Good Knowledge on LSMW of master data structures, creation of user roles & authorizations and also on Adhoq query for meeting the generation specific reports with basic HCM ABAP. Good work experience on Integration with FICO/PS while involving in the functional testing with documenting and test scripts executions. Lead, direct and manage matrix and drive project team resources to accomplish project objectives on time, within budget and meeting expectations of the project stakeholder. Documenting the change of functional process in OCR template while coordinating with the cross team memebers and internal/external stakeholders.
