Have total of 16 plus years of Experience in the area of Human Resources (IT-SAP & Non IT) with the Certifications in ITILV3@2011 and PRINCE2 7 years on SAP-HCM with 6 Full Life Cycle Implementation, 2 Part cycle implementations, 2 Rollout and 2 Post Implementation Support projects includes Realization, Final Preparation, Pre-Go Live, Go Live and Post Go-live Support Phases.. 9 years plus of hard core domain functional experience as Administrator and HR in IT consulting firms and processing Industry. Communicate with client to identify methodology and roadmap phases of SAP HR implementation. Determine the HR business processes requirements within the project scope. Experience and Working knowledge of configuration for specific processes in OM, PA, TIME, CATS, Recruitment, TEM, Travel Management and Payroll (India, International,KSA, Thailand) sub modules with 4.6C, ECC 5.0 & ECC 6.0 versions of SAP R/3 HR. Communicate and collaborate with the Core team members to gather HR master data elements both pre-requisites and co-requisites in Data mapping and conversions and providing functional specifications to technical consultant in business mapping. Good Knowledge on LSMW of master data structures, creation of user roles & authorizations and also on Adhoq query for meeting the generation specific reports with basic HCM ABAP. Good work experience on Integration with FICO/PS while involving in the functional testing with documenting and test scripts executions. Lead, direct and manage matrix and drive project team resources to accomplish project objectives on time, within budget and meeting expectations of the project stakeholder. Documenting the change of functional process in OCR template while coordinating with the cross team memebers and internal/external stakeholders. Knowledge & Skill in PCR’s and Schemas, also on other Modules US-Benefits, Learning Solutions (LSO), PD, ESS & MSS.
