Roles & Responsibilities

• Assisting users in all aspects of SAP SD functionality and attending tickets ranging severity level from 3 to 5.
• Provide resolutions to the issues log by customer within given SLA and will provide Functional & Technical Support to customers.
• Works with technical team for debug analysis to resolve the issues and will give training support to new end-users.
• Extensively works on enhancements / Modification / Correction on existing processes and change requests pertaining to business requirements.
• Works on emergency transports as needed for high priority issues
• Monitoring the background jobs and IDOCs , Analyzing background job failures and carryout analysis with ABAPers and will take actions accordingly and works on different error status of IDOCs and reprocess.
