I am working as a Sr. Customer Care Executive (BACK OFFICE) in Complaints & Escalations Department with the role profile “Complaint Manager” for British GAS U.K., handling all the complaints & Escalations (upto level 2) related to customer queries regarding Billing, Homemove, Device (Meter), Dispute with other supplier or Customers, Acquisition and also withdrawal using SAP billing system. Also handling Archived Billing Cases using manual billing process.
