Scan to BIM is a process that requires experience and accuracy while delivering the outputs. Having an experience of 4 years in a similar discipline I have delivered over 200 Scan to BIM projects from across the globe for my past companies. With the professional knowledge in hand.

My Scope of work in Scan to BIM includes:

1. Conversion of point cloud to required format ( basically to rcp)
2. Indexing and geo-coordinating using Recap
3. Cleaning up the point cloud to remove any noise in the scans.
4. Using Autodesk Revit setup for 3D Modeling of the scans
5. 3D Modeling ( including every minute detail in the scans as per required LOD)
6. QA/QC using Interference check and Navisworks
7. Quality check to be within the tolerance limits.
8. As-built sheet generation as required ( as per the requirement of local authorities)
9. Deliverables as required.
10. Revisions as required.
