Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 and SCCM related issues
• Experience in Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration
• Handling SCCM software deployment, update installation issues and SCCM client side issues
• Good understanding of OSD workflow and hands on experience in troubleshooting OSD and H/W driver installation issues
• Application packaging and collection creation
• Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge – ability to understand, execute and debug script files
• Proven remote troubleshooting skills
