Prepare progress report. Develop Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work defined by the contract. Develops totally integrated EPC schedules/cost control programs with Resource loading & updating it on regular interval. Drive, manage and ensure completeness of the development of the activities, logic, resources and progress for the integrated project schedule, leading to the creation of the Baseline and its subsequent maintenance. Initiate, develop and monitor the planning and progress procedures to ensure that each element of the project performs the processes timely and consistently. Develop status reporting framework and implement throughout the planning hierarchy. Provide regular and comprehensive schedule status reports to PM. Review scope change requests for the impact on schedules and the critical path of the project. Identifies trends and deviations and recommends corrective courses of action Maintains the established project cost/schedule program and prepares schedule/cost status reports. Provide meaningful, accurate historical data.
