We all know that a detailed and fully fleshed-out setting can breath real life into a table-top campaign or novel, capturing your readers or players with vivid imagery and the unshakable sense that the place your taking them is vibrant and dynamic. When every person has a story, every place a history, every religion a unique identity, your story becomes three-dimensional. But that level of detail takes time and energy, more than most people recognize.
