I've been a rocket ship tester, a computer programmer, and a book publisher. I teach classes on Microsoft apps--Excel, Word, Powerpoint--and I am a Microsoft Certified Office 2010 Master Specialist (details really haven't changed much since the 2010 version). I am a crackerjack CAD draftsman. I can tell a story so that everyone who needs to can read and understand it--the client whose building it is, the building official who has to approve it, and the contractor who has to build it. I can teach you how to use a tool, like Excel.
