In the organizations where the Production function is not automated in proper workflows when it comes to dealing with the internal and external stakeholders, the whole operation works in disarray normally, the output of the staff is low as they are not integrated into a process which is holistically moving them, rather the staff is moving the process to complete the job at hand, while firefighting is always going on in the operations. Worked with a client recently to who was facing similar issues in factory. We figured our what sort of changed management technique needs to be applied to streamline their production operations. We have re-modeled their entire BPM and digitized it for them. We followed the N-Step change management technique to make sure that the employees don not feel forced to adopt the process. As a result the performance of the production functional departments increased manifolds while the manager got a full grip on what is going in in operations in run-time.
