I bring out the best in creative people, especially writers, that I work with.  When leading my writing groups, the women are encouraged to get beyond their own internal censors.  We really enjoy ourselves.  The grant I wrote will allow us to publish a volume of our writing which we will be reading in a Poetry and Fiction Reading Series that our group is sponsoring at a local college. My web design skills are new and are being updated every day. I am teaching myself something new every week.  I will have some web sites shortly to showcase my abilities. My best skill as a programmer for 21 years was fixing broken programs. My trouble-shooting skills were some of the best in the company.  I supported our Treasury group's business critical applications and bank feeds for over eight years without a late bank feed or a bad bank feed going to the banks from our company.
