Scrum master service or scrum processes audit. 

To audit scrum processes we need:

1. hold a meeting (about 0.5-1 h) to discuss our goals and project pains (for example, an inaccurate estimates or developer complaints about the poor description of the user stories, etc.)

2. provide me with a Confluence/Jira space to audit processes + identify a contact person (to discuss necessary issues with)

3. I'm going to review all scrum events/artifacts + work flow for 20-40 hours (ideally I need to participate in some of your scrum activities (to analyze and come up with improvements if necessary).

4. After the audit, I will create several practical (real life) recommendations with specific steps for it's implementation. Also (optional) I can conduct a Scrum workshop for your team, if necessary.
