• Facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to Scrum roles, artifacts, and ceremonies.
• Removing impediments for the team.
• Support the team in making decisions and solving problems collaboratively.
• Track and report key agile metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coach the team on agile mindset, values, and principles
• Certified Scrum Master in SAFe and Scrum.
