As an SEO, Social Media & Analytics Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the direction, coordination, development, and evaluation of the SEO and SMO staff. My role involves understanding the client's needs and utilizing the best SEO/SEM knowledge and research to identify the most suitable marketing goals and strategy for the client. I also focus on fostering client relations, creating proposals and presentations, and providing regular reports to clients to secure approval for SEO/SEM plans.
Additionally, I evaluate and guide the efforts of the SEO team based on the client's requirements and seek new opportunities to offer additional SEO/SEM services to existing client accounts. I work closely with the SEO/SEM team to ensure all client deliverables are met and expectations are exceeded, while continuously monitoring and improving processes to align with market trends and client expectations.
I also serve as a Project Manager for tasks assigned to the Design and Technical teams, ensure timely renewal of SEO/SEM programs to avoid service interruptions, provide industry updates and related articles to clients and team members, and mentor the team for daily growth.
Furthermore, I carry out supervisory responsibilities in line with the organization's policies and work with Management to ensure all client contracts are in place and that pricing is accurately captured.
