I have a well rounded skill set and have a background rooted in 2 areas:
1) Technical Director for a NJ based Software and Training company.
2) Co - owner of launchingpad.com, a web design firm.
I place a high premium on scheduling and completing projects in a timely manner. I am well rounded in HTML coding and still graphics. I also have access to my staff who can handle more advanced Flash based animations. I have a number of current and past customers will be referneces if desired.
