Danny was available for my requirements. The only reason that I could not give him an excellent rating on technical competence is that my needs changed between the time we met and the time he did work for me. I wish Guru had a "N/A" for this one. His work turned into consultation rather than a deliverable product. While I could not judge the competence behind a specific product, his excellent communication of several concepts merited the "very good" rating. I look forward to a new engagement as the business requirements change. Danny was a great person to work with, and I recommend him for any job he may bid on.
