Have been in the BPO industry since 2006 and have been doing VA task for 3 years. Have handled different accounts such as Telco, Health Insurance, and Credit Card Collections. As for my VA side of experience, I have worked with insurances as well and my most recent was with a real estate investor as a lead manager where I was responsible in setting up appointments, do comparisons, updating of CRM, coaching and monitoring cold callers and making daily and weekly reports.
