Directly reported to the Head of Sales for content and ideas collaborations, modifications and finalizations of instructional guides, modules, process, and post sales training. Ensured to tap potential clients for initial presentation and engaged clients to free trial and sign up for GESS System membership. Acted as the Project Manager for requirements with regards to initial system setup, tracking progress, and updating reports for both internal and external communication, ensuring that both parties are well notified and synced on all changes and progress.
