TAXATION AND CORPORATE AUDITS BOOKKEEEPING AND ACCOUNTING • Ensure timely and accurate monthly bookkeeping for clients • Record the financial transactions of the business in QuickBooks Desktop and Online • Arrange payment of accounts • Generate end of month accruals • Prepare and send invoices and receipts to debtors • Process payroll and maintaining employee records. • Carry out bank reconciliations. • Review outstanding balances of Accounts receivable and Accounts Payable • Evaluate if balances of accounts are reasonable based on prior periods balances • Report for preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reports • Checking figures and reporting for accuracy. • Reporting any irregularities in data to clients • Producing balance sheets, income statements and other financial documents.
