Assistance in structuring salaries according to their rank. • Preparation of employees' end of service benefits in accordance with the Company's end-of-service policy. • Preparation of employee overtime disclosure according to company policy. • Preparation of allowances according to the company's policy of compensation and benefits and their Accuracy and attention to detail. • Proficiency in using the basics of computer and Office programs • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions • Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants • Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary • Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement • Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company • Research and analyse financial reports and market trends • Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports • Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings • Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company • Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation. • Establish internal control procedures to ensure integrity of financial data and transactions and to safeguard Company’s assets. • Oversee the recruitment, training, development and performance management of Department staff and the development of Saudi Nationals to ensure quality performance and career development within the department. • Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix. • Perform any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager. .overall 10 years hands-on experience in payroll, benefits, records maintaining, etc SAP FICO Consultatnt
