Sales ? General office duties include : photocopying , faxing ,emailing ? Dealing with incoming mail , faxes , post and correspondence ? Maintain hardcopy and electronic filing system ( rental/ property agreements , contracts) ? Co-ordinate project based work ? Supervise support staff (Sub contractors) ? Assist with personal task for Directors example: Setup executive travel arrangements, booking of flights, hotel accommodation, car rental ? Generate property rental invoices on a monthly bases to various tenants ? Handle queries and correspondences from various tenants ? Online payments to various Sub contractors on Monthly basis ? Fortnight Wages Payments ? Handling clearing and forwarding of overseas shipments / airfreights of goods
