· Developed Enterprise Database for DOEE mandated by DC Council using QuickBase, Node.js, jQuery, QuNect, and Heroku. The database consolidated all program databases into one centralized location using web services, web hooks, and APIs, for querying Inspection, Tip, Enforcement, and Compliance data per fiscal year for every program/division within DOEE. · Developed ten in-house payment engines using PayFlowPro .NET SDK for all divisions within DOEE, built unique intake workflows for each specific division with all appropriate business logic. · Developed many web applications using ArcGIS for DOEE using the ESRI SDK for Windows Mobile, SDK for JavaScript and on the ArcGIS Online Platform. · Developed over fifty unique QuickBase instances for internal and external processes, that all interact with the public and Government employees. · Developed new workflows for efficient data conversions for all data received from Labs using Rhapsody, and allowed the Case Workers to review the information in a custom Tableau Dashboard for individual accountability. · Developed new GIS Geodatabases in Oracle for all DOEE data to reside and build web applications with normalized and centralized data.
