• Architected, designed and implemented a three tier environment where the first tier was the foundation of the project with an end to end lab solution where all product functionality exists and can be used. All configurations and upgradataions will occur here for validation. The second tier is a replica of the lab with some expansions and the third tier is a production implementation built off the first tier. The design phase included the number of servers (virtual and physical), OS Selection (Linux, Windows), Databases selection and product versions. This was done in partnership with CA Architects and consultants. • Created step-by-step install documentation while the system administrators completed the installs for the each product during the lab implementation and then this documentation was used to complete the prod installs without any errors within the defined timeframe. Thus creating a consistent state throughout all tiers for usability and supportability. • Worked with CA and client resources to define and develop their key business processes for Change, Incident, Problem, and Request. Now in the process of overseeing the implementation of these processes in the toolset. Also, working with the server and application teams to provide monitoring and notification of their applications. Monitoring includes server, network devices, process/service, URL up or down monitoring, log monitoring, event monitoring etc. • Integrated CA ehealth, CA Business Intelligence with CA Spectrum and CA Network Flow Analyser is integrated with CA Performance Centre and we named this as CA IM (CA Infrastructure Management) Solution. • Implemented CA SOI with CA EEM integrated as the key Event Monitoring tool and integrated CA IM solution, Nimsoft, CA APM and SNOW as a ticketing tool with CA SOI to monitor the overall Infrastructure. • Setting up the monitoring of all the servers , url’s, databases by using Nimsoft.
