With nearly 15 years in design industry I have a wealth of experience in managing teams and delivering projects both locally in the UK and internationally (Germany, UAE, Russia & CIS). I have always been involved in large scale re-branding projects that would include: - insight research; brand positioning, naming -identity dev-t; design of marketing communications and advertising; - new retail concepts design; - digital and interactive: web e-commerce sites dev-t; in-store interactive installations; exhibition presence. I am an energetic individual, open, curious, very sociable, resistent to stress, used to work to very tight deadlines. I am nurturing but demanding to the team. My best quality is organisation skills. I can structure most difficult work streams upfront to avoid any confusion at a later stage. My foreign language skills - Russian (native) and French help me feel confident in international environments.
