I have been working in the call center industry catering to customer service and sales for 14 years now. My first work experience was a Front Desk Officer who handled administrative task and an assistant to the HR Manager. I was also tasked to handle and route calls to the correct department; handled tasks for the executives when their executive assistants are not around. Throughout the years, I have been exposed to Telecom, Credit Card, Sales, and Stocks programs. The last position held was Team Manager handling 15-20 agents on a Customer Service and Sales account. I am confident that my experiences will be an asset to the business' goals and objectives. I am very hard working and a fast learner.
