I am an experienced, full-time, freelance mechanical engineer with additional background in electrical and firmware design. This experience allows me to find purely mechanical solutions or implement integrated systems, if needed. My background covers a wide range of industries from oil and gas services and consumer electronics to medical devices and industrial automation. This makes me an extremely versatile engineer for solving a variety of problems. Additionally, I have a deep background in many manufacturing processes including rapid prototyping, machining, injection molding, sheet metal and electronic cable and harness design and manufacture. I am an expert user of SolidWorks including rendering. I have experience in finite element analysis as well. Other areas of expertise include drafting with GD&T to ASME standards, product life-cycle management and quality management systems.
