As a food scientist and managing partner at Tasteology.us, I play a pivotal role in creating unique and innovative food-related consumer packaged goods (CPG) products. With a strong educational background in food science from Harvard University and Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, as well as a hospitality management degree from Metro University in Sydney, I lead a global team of six food scientists and 25 international chefs. Together, we craft memorable culinary experiences for clients worldwide, blending scientific expertise with culinary artistry to develop products that delight and inspire.
