I am having more than 13 years of Recruitment Experience. My Educational Qualification is B.E in Computers and MBA. I have got good Professional and Industry experience. I have done Recruitment for almost all the levels. Heading the Talent acquisition PAN India, responsible for hiring all verticals across different function. Responsible for the Full Life Cycle of Recruitment . End-to-end recruitment for Various Industries like IT, Oil & gas, Electronics & Manufacturing. Recruitment, Selection & Joining - Analyzes vacancies received from various department and accordingly screen and source relevant potential candidates for the position and submit the details to the Client. Ensures all necessary documents are collected and maintained e.g. - Executive employment form, educational documents, work related documents, CTC related documents etc. Ensures that the candidate selected and joining the organization has understood his CTC break-up, his designation, grade.etc. Strictly conducts reference checks for all new recruits. Ensures all the relevant joining formalities are done and given a regular report to the Senior Manager.
