The Business Department conducts teaching and research in business related topics as part of ICE-UK's taught and distance learning programmes. The successful candidate will be part of the competence group for specific field of Business. Have a PhD in Business Administration with a specialization, a proven pedagogical proficiency, a documented proficiency in English, written and spoken and a documented ability to collaborate well. Have a proven experience in research within the field of Business Administration; proven experience with teaching within the field of Business Administration; a proven experience in web-based teaching and other forms of flexible teaching; experience in course development (is desirable); completed pedagogical training for higher education or in other way acquired equivalent competence (is desirable)
