My name is Gangi Reddy, after serving as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and then in the IT dept as Unix Administrator with Indian Air Force, I moved on to the corporate world with my tenure at CSC, HCL and as Technical Delivery Manager with Capgemini. I am currently Co-founder of DLTContraZ, a blockchain based start-up working on transforming the property transaction value chain in the UK. Stakeholders management is an important activity in project management/delivery management. It basically involves identifying stakeholders and figure out what motivates them. Then, make an effort to understand their point of view. If what they're saying is frustrating, ask yourself: Do their needs align with your project's objectives? Do they simply want things done a different way? Try to find common ground. If require, schedule time to meet with difficult stakeholders individually for more clear and calm conversations. And then, determine what is causing stakeholders’ sudden resistance? Are they worried about going over the budget? Anxious that the project isn't turning out the way they envisioned? Addressing the motivation underlying their resistance will help spot compromises, create a win/win solution, and finish the project. Well finally, I look forward to the chance to bring my delivery management, and azure cloud computing knowledge to clients. I know it will be an asset as we work together on project or delivery management projects/transformation programs.
