Throughout my career, I have been working for 10 years in IT/Data Networking Filed. Started as customer technical support for 2 years, and then moved to new challenge to work in implementation and configuration of data networks for 8 years now. And I am ready to take the next step developing my career path I hold B.Sc. of Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University located in Cairo, Egypt. I have also many Cisco Certifications as CCNA R&S, CCNA Wireless, CCNP R&S, CCNP SP and has passed CCIE R&S written exam. currently progressing in Cisco Data Center track, and hoping also in the near future to pass CCIE R&S Lab exam. Regarding Service Management i am ITIL v2.0 certified. I am also very much interested in Project Management and attended PMP course hoping to pass PMP exam in the near future My previous and current employment in IT/Data Networking filed developed strong interpersonal skills and my capacity to deal with multiple demands on my time and resources.
