I'm a 42 year's old developer. I'm developing since about 10 years with TYPO3 and PHP5. I'm experienced with the newer TYPO3 6.2 Versions and using Extbase/Fluid technologies now for about 1 1/2 years. I've been working on a bunch of projects including developing low-skilled TYPO3 websites up to projects with customer-individual development.
