I worked to create upgrade plugins for new components that were brought into the cloud offering. I assisted the team in moving toward a more flexible approach which included a workflow engine. Nimbula This is a set of micro services that comprise the control plane for the Oracle Cloud platform. Nimbula provides network configuration, VM and application deployment and monitoring of VMs. I adapted an existing framework for authentication to include the concept of roles. This was a stepping stone to the final solution, but allowed us a faster path to market in the interim. OVAB While working on this desktop application for deploying application bundles, I gave direction regarding GUI testing. During development while trying to satisfy my own goals for unit testing, I established an approach that gave the QA team a foundation for running unit tests against the desktop application.
