• Preparation of Level Two Baseline time schedule fulfilling all contractual project trades starting with civil, steel structure package; electromechanical package; Finishes package; and finally Landscape and roads package. • Review and approve subcontractor level four schedule as per subcontract agreement for each discipline. • Assign resource and cost load for master schedule. • Prepare and issue progress reports Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly Reports. • Monitor day-to-day work progress for a project and provide accurate weekly and monthly reports by swiftly communicating potential progress delays or project slippages. • Report critical indicators to Project Management, & Top Management. • Tracking and analyzing field Progress and make comparisons between planned progress and actual progress and report any differences, also study the impact of alternative approaches. • Initiate a Unique weighting system to enable all subcontractor to issue a standardize percent complete for all trades. • Prepare Extension of Time Claims Using several method of analysis which is previously defined in the subcontract agreement.
