• Over 12 years of hands-on designing and development experience in IT industry with various Cloud CRM products (Salesforce, Oracle CRM On Demand) implementation, integration and consulting. • Over 6+ years of Salesforce CRM Configuration and Integration experience covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Chatter. • Have exposure in developing app using APEX, Visual Force Pages, Workflows, Triggers, Web Services, Java, Force.com (SOQL). • Have done Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer I certification. • Have done Sun Certified Java Programmer certification. • Have about 3 years of orchestration development experience in Cast Iron Studio v4.5 and v6.3. • About 6 years of Oracle CRM OnDemand Configuration, Integration, Consulting and Leadership experience. • Proficiency in web technologies like HTML, XML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, WSDL, and SOAP. • Experience in working closely with the Development Team to complement their knowledge/experience and translating it into a workable business and integration model. • Productive and result oriented. • Good communication and people skills.
