I work for a very large government agency that is required to perform audits on our access to share mailboxes every year. I must say, this was my first-time using Guru so as you can imagine, I was a bit hesitant to rely on anyone to do real-time work that would eventually be used in production by my agency but to my surprise, the experience was top notch! I did a lot of research prior to deciding to go forward. I outlined the work that I needed done and was able to obtain quite a few bids. Some of the experts were US based and some were international, but something told me, Amir was the right guy for the job! From the very beginning, Amir was eager to get started. We had an initial call to better understand the work needed. Immediately following that conversation, I knew my initial gut feeling was correct and that I was in good hands! Amir was clearly very familiar with PowerShell and understood my needs. We established a schedule based on the necessary work needed and when I could expect deliverables. Amir set up a test environment, similar to what I have on site and stated coding. I must say, I was blown away by Amir’s work product!!! In less than 2 weeks, he created a test environment and had a working prototype. Over the next week or so, we worked to fine-tune the code and 2 weeks later I had a working code. Amir was amazing throughout the process. Not only did I get a working code that far exceeded my expectations, but his code is understandable (even the novice can understand). Amir documented the entire process and made sure everything was working. He continued to follow up with me until he knew I felt very comfortable enough running the code on my own. I can’t say enough about Amir and the amazing experience I have had working and learning from him. I will definitely be using Amir for all future out-sourced work and highly recommend him to everyone!
